With 5,700 Sq Ft inside and 1,500 Sq Ft of lawn outside, there is plenty of room to create whatever dream party you can imagine. The glass garage doors that open up onto the lawn allow a ton of natural light into the space. The blue walls and long granite bar create an elegant, but fun environment to host any major event.

The Lounge + Mezzanine

This light and airy two story space is perfect for those day time meetings that need break out areas, networking events, happy hours, rehearsal dinners and small receptions. You can also use this room as an add on for a cocktail hour prior to or during your event in the Garden Room. There is plenty of seating with our (12) 4-top barheight tabels and stools, plus soft seating to lounge in upstairs.

The Mezzanine

Reception Capacity: 50 people
Seated Capacity: 28 people

The Mezzanine is a semi-private space for groups of 50 or less. This space overlooks the Lounge and can be reserved for excluisve use. It includes (4) 4-top bar height tables and stools and a seating area with (4) couches all facing a large 75″ TV. It is perfect for birthday parties, engagement parties, networking, appreciation parties, corporate social functions or just a group of friends wanting to watch Football (or whatever sport you are into).
